EPA Publishes New FedFUNDS Tool

FedFUNDS (Federal Funding for Utilities – Water/Wastewater – in National Disasters) is the latest in EPA’s suite of tools designed to help utilities be better prepared and more capable to respond and recover should a disaster strike.  FedFUNDS looks at the ways that water utilities can identify funding sources, know how to describe and document activities that may be eligible for Federal funding assistance, learn about FEMA, USDA, and EPA funding programs, and take advantage of training and funding mentor opportunities dedicated to utility needs.  You may learn more about FedFUNDS on EPA’s website at: http://water.epa.gov/infrastructure/watersecurity/funding/fedfunds/index.cfm.
